30 Days guarantee with free returns of orders
We have a 30 day guarantee with free returns for orders within European Union. (Please see below for personalised items).
If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your jewellery, we welcome you to return your items to us for a refund, exchange or store credit. We’ll even pay for the return shipping!Â
Upon submitting a Return/Exchange Request by email, we will send you instructions to return your items to us.
Please note that we have two rules for returns:
Item(s) needs to be returned within 30 days of purchase;
Item(s) must be unworn and unused and be in the original condition.
This guarantee does not cover the breakage, damage or gradual degradation of the jewellery due to normal wear.
International Returns & Exchanges
For orders outside of European union, return shipping will be at your own cost for a refund or store credit. We do not currently offer exchanges, however you are welcome to return your item and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.
Wrong Ring Size?
If you have ordered the wrong ring size, please send a Return/Exchange request by email including Name on Invoice and Order Number and you will be sent instructions to return your items to us for an exchange, You only charge for the shipping within the european union!
Full / Partial Refund
If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your jewellery, we welcome you to return to item to us within the 30 days period for a full refund. Simply let us know and we will be happy to help you out. The full refund amount will be based on your invoice amount minus any express post charges.
Contact Us or Submit a Return Request
Upon receiving a Return/Exchange Request by email or contacting us to initiate a return, we will send you instructions to return your items to us within 1 working day.
Upon receiving your returned items, refunds/exchanges will be processed as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued the same way the payment was made, either credited back to your credit card, PayPal or Afterpay account.
Faulty Item?
If you have received a faulty item, please contact us at info@ayeJewelry.com. and we will get the issue rectified as soon and smoothly as possible.
Fair Play for Everyone
To keep up the level of service we provide to our customers we have to limit the number of returns and exchanges a customer can initiate to only one times per every order. Terms of return are within AYE Jewelry sole discretion. We appreciate your understanding.
